Quality Control

Great care goes into the creation of each and every tote. Customers have commented that totejoy totes are the best totes they have every owned.

 

Totejoy totes are extremely well made and durable for daily, casual use.  Normal wear and tear is, well....normal! All totes are inspected thoroughly. Given that they are handcrafted, they have character that shows a real artist made it.

Refund/Return Policy

 

All refunds/returns for totejoy totes are made on a case-by-case basis. As a solo-preneur, I make every effort to ensure that you receive the tote as shown on this site. Colors on screen can vary slightly in real life based on your monitor, OS and display settings.

 

Refunds/returns are not eligible if you simply do not like the tote. Please contact totejoy to voice your concern.
